This site provides update on the Omlin Family boating adventures.
Docked at Mapleton on the Siuslaw River, 15 miles upriver from Florence. On the down river trip, we spotted a black bear
at the rivers edge.
This was our first river run after breaking in the engine and practicing on the inland lakes.
