After putting air in the tires and cleaning out the fir needles (4" deep) we maked the trip to the shop.

Finally complete.  I estimate 200 hours of effort to rebuild.
Ready for the shake down cruise.

It floats!!  No leaks.  Now the fun begins.

Once back at the shop, one could finally see the damage that sitting under a tree for 10 yrs caused.  The project begins.
